This day is not going how Selina hoped it would.

Oh,eww, no, it's like a sick, twisted virtual reality! I hate watching it! And it's really disturbing how Vellian says "I do" right before Selina says "you don't have to do this." I grudgingly approve of your word choice.

Also, it's interesting that Selina doesn't seem to fear for her own life as much as she can't stand what's happening to Silas and company. That shows her maturity.

@Alex M: Thanks! Ha ha ha, I appreciate your approval, grudgingly given or not. :D
And yes, Selina thought Vellian abducted her just to ruin her special day, but then it became obvious she was a pawn in something more sinister and that people she cares about are in danger, and she can't do a thing about it...
But yes, she should also be fearing for her own life...

Good job on figuring out the dialogue in the final panel. I like how you ended up phrasing it as a question. Also, I really love Vellian's frustrated expression in the third panel. "But I want to", you can tell she doesn't see anything wrong with her actions. What's more, she doesn't understand why Selina's so upset. It's unsettling . . . in a good way.

@Becky Farb: Thank you! Sweet mercy, I spent way too long writing and re-writing that. I like how the question works, too. :D

I am thinking right now that the story is kind of reaching it's climax....and also, Vellian looks SOOOOOOO evil!!!!! I know I keep saying that, but I think that this page brings out Vellian's evilness even more....And man! if I were Selina right now, I'd be quaking in my shoes!!!! :o

@Elizabeth Weadick: Ha ha, thanks!

Oof, that last panel. Like witnessing a nightmare come to life.

Also, must Velian physically speak and act for the doppleganger at all times, or is there some sort of pre-programming or autopilot mode? Seems like it would be exhausting and distracting for her if there weren't.

@MJ Neal: Great question, before Selina woke up, Vellian was guiding the Doppelganger to the wedding and interacting with people as need be, however, during the time Selina woke up, the Doppelganger was standing in the service and the church father was speaking, so it wasn't too peculiar that she looked lost in thought.
