@Alex M: Yes! They play big parts in book 2 and 3.

5th frame-- great position and expression. How long did you work on that?
Livin4thelamb December 19th, 2016, 12:15 pm
@Kawainohia: Well thank you! Not too long actually. It was actually fairly easy to use forelengthening here because the King's hand blocks all of his arm. And before I started the webcomic at all, I drew various facial expressions for each main character so I could reference them later, that has definitely helped.

Man!!!! Ryleigh's hand has been on Selina's shoulder this whole time---way to be a 'strong hand' for Selina, Ryleigh!!!!! :D I would love to have someone like that by me every time I'm in a pickle!!!! :D
Livin4thelamb December 19th, 2016, 6:03 pm
@Elizabeth Weadick: Ha ha, Ryleigh's actually more concerned with the King's safety and has a firm grip on Selina's shoulder in case she try anything. Which is why she wondered why the King walked over to them in the previous page. Ryleigh has no idea if Selina has any magical powers or could be attempting an assassination attempt right now. So while she didn't want Desolair chopping her in half at the gate, she doesn't quite trust Selina yet. And yes! ME TOO.

Nice Shot The fourth panel's distance differences is very well done. You used color and texture to show the spacing.

@Marvel2007: Thank you so much! It's my favorite panel of the page.
